WW Dessert Hacks that are Low Points

These little treats will help you curve your sweet tooth cravings and help you stay within your daily points. They are low in points and use store-bought ingredients like pudding mix, Fiber One Brownies, Rice Cakes, Cool Whip, and Sugar-Free cake mix that are easily found at any grocery store. Most of these recipes were created by WW members.

Please note, that there is no right or wrong way to do WW. Many members eat some of the sample ideas below for a quick snack or dessert at night and have lost weight. As long as you are sticking to your daily points allowance treats like these every once and awhile are fine. Just have common sense about it and don't overdo it. I'm writing this for all the food police out there that can't keep their mouth shut and have to say something hateful about someone's way of eating.
