Blackstone Nachos

Nachos can be made on a Blackstone Griddle!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips (use your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoon Tostitos Medium Con Queso Salsa
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon salsa
  • 1 8oz container of Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
  • 2 med scallions
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco Sesasoning

Instructions

  • Heat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef, Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink on the inside. Sprinkle Taco seasoning over ground beef.
  • Stir in the black beans, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes to let the flavors combine. (optional)
  • Spread a layer of tortilla chips on the griddle. Top with the beef mixture and shredded cheese.
  • Cover the griddle with a lid or foil to melt the cheese. This should take about 5 minutes.
  • Once the cheese is melted, remove the nachos from the griddle and serve hot with your favorite toppings like jalapeƱos, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
