Ingredients
1smallzucchini
1smallwhite onion
4tablespoonlow sodium soy sauce
1tsp minced garlic
1tsp minced ginger
3teaspoonsesame oil
2tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonbutter
2mediumchicken breastscubed into small pieces
Instructions
In a bowl add the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix well. to combine and set aside.
Add the chopped vegetables and onions to a bowl and then add half of the marinade mixture the rest of the marinade to the veggies. Set aside.
In another bowl add the chicken and the remaining marinade to the bowl. Set that bowl aside.
Heat a flat top griddle to high heat.
Spread oil on the griddle and add the chicken to one side. Then the vegetables to another side.
Cook the chicken for 5 to 8 minutes until cooked through. The onions and vegetables will be soft when they are ready.
