Blackstone Hibachi Chicken and Vegetables

Hibachi style meals are so easy to make at home and you can easily sub the chicken out for whatever type of protein you like. The 3 main types of vegetables are onions, zucchini, and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small white onion
  • 4 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 3 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 medium chicken breasts cubed into small pieces

Instructions

  • In a bowl add the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix well. to combine and set aside.
  • Add the chopped vegetables and onions to a bowl and then add half of the marinade mixture the rest of the marinade to the veggies. Set aside.
  • In another bowl add the chicken and the remaining marinade to the bowl. Set that bowl aside.
  • Heat a flat top griddle to high heat.
  • Spread oil on the griddle and add the chicken to one side. Then the vegetables to another side.
  • Cook the chicken for 5 to 8 minutes until cooked through. The onions and vegetables will be soft when they are ready.

This recipe can be easily doubled.
