Lemon Bar Dessert Dip Recipe

This dessert dip combines tangy lemon bars with creamy, smooth cream cheese for a deliciously indulgent treat. Perfect for dipping fruit, cookies, or even pretzels, this dessert dip is sure to be a hit at any gathering.

I saw the Aldi Nerds posting about this dip and how good it was with the Benton Vanilla wafers and it is so good. You don’t need much of it either. There is a Lemon Bar Dessert Dip and a Carrot Cake. My favorite is the Lemon Bar Dessert Dip.

This dip is good to store bought but it is also super easy to make it at home if the store doesn’t have the dip in a while.. Just take some whipped cream cheese and add in some powdered sugar for the base. So Aldi had a jar of Lemon Curd a while back and that is what I added to the dip. You could add store-bought lemon bars to this but this is what I had at home. Enjoy!

Great news! All of these ingredients that are needed can be purchased at Aldi which is a grocery store I’m obsessed with.

Frequently Asked Questions and Tips

What can I serve this with?

Serve this with some cut up fresh fruit such as strawberries. You could even take the middle out of the strawberries and fill it with this lemon cheesecake blend. Pretzels, Benton Vanilla Wafers or Graham crackers are great for dipping.

How to store leftovers:

Always store leftovers in clean, food-grade containers. The type of container doesn’t really matter. Use zip lock, glass, plastic,  whatever!  Make sure to store any leftovers in an airtight container before putting it in the freezer or fridge.

This dip can be prepped the day ahead.
